It is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("SPDI Rules").

01Data We Collect

• Information you provide: name, company name, business email, phone number, industry, and the contents of messages you submit through our contact forms or send to us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Service data: where we operate AI agents on your behalf, conversation transcripts, call recordings, and related metadata processed under your instructions as part of the engagement.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through server logs and similar technologies.
• Preferences: sound and display preferences stored locally on your device (localStorage); these never leave your browser.

02Purposes & Lawful Basis

• To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide proposals (consent / legitimate use under the DPDP Act).
• To deliver, operate, maintain, and improve contracted Services (performance of contract).
• To send service communications and, with your consent, marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights.

03Consent & Withdrawal

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to arteq.ai3@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and may limit our ability to provide certain Services.

04Sharing & Disclosure

• Processors: we share data with vetted service providers (cloud hosting, AI model providers, telephony, CRM, analytics) strictly to deliver the Services, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Legal: we may disclose data where required by law, court order, or governmental authority in India.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred subject to this Policy.
• We do not sell personal data.

05Cross-Border Transfers

Some of our processors (e.g., AI model and cloud providers) may process data outside India. We transfer data only to jurisdictions permitted under the DPDP Act and applicable government notifications, with appropriate contractual safeguards.

06Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Client service data is retained per the applicable service agreement and deleted or returned on termination, subject to statutory retention requirements.

07Security

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as required under Section 43A of the IT Act and the SPDI Rules — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege principles. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your Rights (DPDP Act)

• Right to access a summary of your personal data and processing activities.
• Right to correction, completion, and updating of your personal data.
• Right to erasure of personal data no longer necessary for the stated purpose.
• Right to grievance redressal, and the right to nominate an individual to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.

09Cookies & Local Storage

The Website uses minimal technologies: essential localStorage entries for your preferences (e.g., sound on/off) and standard server logs. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, this Policy and an on-site notice will be updated, and consent obtained where required.

10Children

Our Website and Services are intended for business users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us for prompt deletion.
